Dear HR Community,

Over the past few weeks, the HRIS Team has been working to resolve an issue involving email notifications from HR Insider failing to deliver to the entire HR distribution list.

With the assistance of the Digital Team, we have identified the root cause and have a successful resolution in place.

As a best practice, when publishing be sure to allow 2 minutes before closing the navigator.

To check whether everybody received the email, you can follow the below steps:

Step One: Click Dashboard

Step Two: Click WP Mail SMTP

Step Three: Click Email Log

Step Four: Confirm Send (lines marked as red mean that there was a failure)
