I am pleased to announce the appointment of Audrey PRADEL as HR Director of French Commercial Operations, following the appointment of Agata OLEMPIEJUK-COMBAZ to the position of BHR TechOps as of October 1, 2021.
As HR Business Partner for Philippe de Pougnadoresse and his leadership team, Audrey will be in charge of supporting the French Operations teams on all dimensions of the HR function.

As a key player in defining, proposing and implementing HR actions adapted to the subsidiary’s transformation challenges, Audrey will also be responsible for the deployment of all our Human Resources policies and programs in order to provide our teams with the highest HR standards in line with our corporate culture Ipsen Way of Being.

Head of Social Relations at Ipsen France since 2017, Audrey has notably supported departments of OPF, Speciality Care, Finance, HR and TechOps, both on collective and individual matters. She played a major role in the early stages of the transformation projects and then in their presentation to the Ipsen Pharma Works Council, as Chairman of the body.

Holder of a Master II in Social Law at La Sorbonne and following an experience in law firm, Audrey evolved into the company AG2R as a labour relation lawyer before taking a position of Social Relations Manager following the merger of AG2R and La Mondiale.

These two career moves demonstrate once again our ambition to develop and implement the talents of our teams. Please join me in thanking Audrey and Agata for their commitment and success in their current positions and wish them every success in their new roles.

We also are really pleased to announce that Anne CHEVALIER will join Ipsen on September 6th 2021, as Human Resources Director for Ipsen Innovation Les Ulis & PharmSciences Dreux sites.

She will work closely with José Camara, Laurent Bertocchi and the sites’ Leadership teams. She will also be Global HR Business Partner for Pharmaceutical Development. As HR Director, Anne will be responsible for supporting the R&D transformation and of implementing our Human Resources policy in order to provide our teams with the highest HR standards, in line with our corporate culture Ipsen Way of Being. She will also chair the CSE (Social and Economic Committee).

In addition, Anne will support Philippe Pitchen and the PharmDev Global Leadership Team in proposing the appropriate organizational design, conducting talent reviews and defining development plans for key talent. She will coordinate all HR processes at global level in collaboration with local HR teams.

Holder of a DESS in Corporate Labor Relations Law and a specialized Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School, Anne has been Senior HRBP at Pfizer since 2016 where she supported both local teams and global functions for the rare diseases division. Prior to that, she spent 8 years at Cunningham Lindsey where she was successively HR Manager and HR Deputy. She started her career as a recruitment consultant at Manpower.

Based in Les Ulis but also commuting regularly to Dreux and Boulogne, Anne will report directly to Cyrille Debar.
