As part of our new Group strategy, Focus. Together. For patients & society, we have to ensure that each function across the organization has the appropriate governance, processes, systems and capabilities to support the business. In Human Resources, as we continue to foster internal mobility to ensure the development of our people, I am very pleased to announce the following changes as part of internal mobilities of our talents:

I am pleased to announce that Fanny BILLON is appointed Global Human Resources Business Partner for Corporate Functions, on top of her current position as Human Resources Business Partner for Boulogne. Fanny will continue to report to me.
In her new role, Fanny will be responsible for recommending organization design, run talent reviews and define development plans for key talents. She will coordinate all HR processes within the Corporate Functions (Performance reviews, Annual Compensation Reviews, Talents reviews…) and will provide strong advices during budget discussion.
As HRBP for Boulogne, she will remain responsible for daily operational HR activities for people working in Finance, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Communication & Public Affairs and Business Ethics divisions based in Boulogne.
Fanny joined Ipsen in 2018 as my Deputy for Corporate Functions and HR Business Partner for Boulogne after 8 years of HR Generalist roles in the medical device and pharma industry. In her new role, she will be dedicated to Business Partnering.

It is also my pleasure to announce that Mirjana LE FRIEC is joining our team and is appointed Deputy Vice President HR Corporate Functions. She will report to me as of June 1, 2021 and be located in Boulogne.
In her new role, Mirjana will support me in all HR activities for the Corporate functions. She will contribute to the consolidation of HR programs and policies being responsible for providing detailed data collection, analysis, reports and recommendations, ensuring strong HR synergies in conjunction with the HR community and key business players. She will ensure the coordination and consolidation at functional and divisional level of Talent Management/Development processes (Talent reviews, Development Plans) and follow up with BHR/RHDs of action plans for key talents.
Mirjana joined Ipsen in 2015 to support the Head of Neuroscience Franchise and his team based in Bath Road & in Boulogne, after having spent 10 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb where she occupied various roles for different brands. She then joined the HR Community and Talent Management team in 2019 as Manager Talent Management.
