Dear HR Community members,

as shared in our December HR Webcast, the Engagement Survey results have identified several themes we would like to work on with you as a member of the HR community.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 11 January, you will be receiving an email to complete a short survey to help us identify and deep dive on root causes and gather your suggestions on the following themes that are closely related: Workload / Work-life balance, Barrier to Execution / Efficiency, Communication / Change.

To analyze results and deliver concrete action plan for each topic, we need some volunteers to join us. As a core team, we will work altogether during 1 hour meeting which splits into three streams.
