We are pleased to share with you the rebranded HR communications – guidelines and assets.
This is the result of the collaboration between Global HR and Global Communications teams, to enhance the impact and consistency of HR communications, while being fully aligned with Ipsen’s corporate brand.
We appreciate the time that was needed to complete this complex yet necessary work, and thank you for your patience.
In the document, you will find:
- The preview of rebranded HR assets and links to editable files for translation. This includes important elements that need to be updated in all global and local documents, such as Ipsen Way of Being, the Leadership Model 3H, the Culture manifesto.
- We count on you to make this update progressively on all existing and in use documents and where needed.
- The guidelines to be applied when creating HR campaigns and programs. As usual, communication packages for all global programs will be delivered by global HR team, for countries to translate.
- The concept and preview of our evolved EVP, with the list of upcoming deliverables – the link to the assets will be included in this document and shared with you as soon as they are available
