HR announcement: Soleen GHAHRAMAN

Dear colleagues,

To support our ambitious Talent strategy, I am pleased to announce that after a successful short-term assignment in France, Soleen Ghahraman, currently Talent Acquisition Specialist will be officially promoted to Global Executive Search Partner as of June 1st, Soleen will report to me and will be based in Boulogne-Billancourt.

Soleen has been working for Ipsen since 2020 as Employee Experience Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist in the US Hub supporting the Global Executive Search Department. She worked previously for the World Federation of Public Health Associations. She is completing her Masters in Public Health from King’s College London.

Soleen has lived and worked in the US, Switzerland and France; she is fluent in French, English and Armenian.

In her new role, Soleen will lead Executive Search assignments, spearhead the Sparks program, and contribute to our ongoing efforts to build-up scouting at Ipsen. We are especially pleased that Soleen is role-modelling our talent strategy by empowering cross-moves across the company.

Afin de soutenir notre stratégie Talent, j’ai le plaisir d’annoncer que suite à une mission de courte durée en France réalisée avec succès, Soleen Ghahraman, actuellement Talent Acquisition Specialist, est promue au poste de Global Executive Search Partner à compter du 1er juin. Soleen me reportera et sera basée à Boulogne Billancourt.

Soleen travaille chez Ipsen depuis 2020 en tant que Employee Experience Associate et Talent Acquisition Specialist au sein du hub américain, soutenant le département Global Executive Search. Auparavant, elle a travaillé pour la World Federation of Public Health Associations. Elle termine sa maîtrise en santé publique au King’s College de Londres.

Soleen a vécu et travaillé aux États-Unis, en Suisse et en France ; elle parle couramment français, anglais et arménien.

Dans ses nouvelles fonctions, Soleen dirigera les missions de recherches de dirigeants, dirigera le programme Sparks et contribuera à nos efforts continus pour renforcer le scouting chez Ipsen. Nous sommes particulièrement heureux que Soleen donne l’exemple de notre stratégie de gestion des talents en favorisant les mouvements croisés au sein de l’entreprise.
