Dear Colleagues,

I would like to update you all on some recent changes to the Wrexham site HR team.

Haydn Roberts – HR Business Partner

Following the recent retirement of Clare Thomas, HR Business Partner at the Wrexham site, after 8 years of service, I am delighted to announce that, effective 26 May 2026, Haydn Roberts joined Ipsen Wrexham as HR Business Partner.

Haydn brings over 10 years’ experience in HR, having worked across a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, automotive, legal, and business services. Haydn is CIPD Level 7 qualified, has a Graduate Diploma in Law and a BA in Criminology.

Haydn joins us with a strong HR generalist background, business partnering with leaders. Most recently, Haydn has been working as an HR Business Partner at Fresenius Kabi.

In addition, I’m pleased to announce, effective 1 June 2026, Bronwyn Thomas, joined the team as an Interim HR Business Partner.

Bronwyn Thomas – Interim HR Business Partner

Bronwyn also has extensive HR experience, having worked in the manufacturing and aerospace sectors. She brings with her experience in employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning and operating as a trusted partner to senior leadership teams.

Bronwyn is CIPD level 5 qualified and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with Law in Business.
