Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to welcome Mayumi Yoshida 𠮷𠮷田 真弓 (よしだ まゆみ) as the new HR & Administrative Manager for Japan, reporting directly to Kurt Rimkus, Country Lead and with a dotted line to Shanon Ng, HR Regional Lead for APAC and China.
Mayumi has 10 years of experience in HR and administration across various companies, where she has primarily focused on labor management and generating government reports. Mayumi began her career at Mitsui Bussan as a General Affairs associate, then transitioned to Cabin Crew for various airlines, and has been based in countries such as Germany and Dubai.
She holds a degree in International Politics from Toyo Eiwa Jogakuin Women’s Junior College and studied at Liceo Scientifico “E. Fermi” in Nuoro, Sardegna, Italy, as an AFS International exchange student. Mayumi is fluent in Italian.
