I am excited to share that Maëva Causse has joined the North American HR team as an HR Specialist effective January 6, 2025, reporting to me. She joins us for two years as part of the Business France VIE International Internship Exchange program. Maëva will be located at the Mississauga, Canada office.

Maëva brings a wealth of experience and a strong educational background in Human Resources, making her a valuable addition to our team. After two years of dual Degree in Economics and Foreign Languages, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, and a Master’s Degree in International HR Management. Maëva has held various HR roles in France (as apprentice), including HR Business Partner, Talent and Mobility Officer, HR Development Officer, and HR Administrative & Payroll Intern, where she demonstrated her skills in HR processes, project management, talent management, and career development. Additionally, Maëva is proficient in multiple languages, including French, English, Spanish, and has basic knowledge of Mandarin, which will be an asset to our team.

In her new role, Maëva will support day-to-day HR operations and employee experience initiatives primarily in Canada.
