Dear all

I am delighted to introduce to you that Mr. Daniel LIN will join Ipsen China on April 28, 2025, as Human Resources Business Partner. Based in Shanghai, he will report to me directly. In this position, Daniel will partner with DPL BU, Business Excellence, Quality, Legal, Business Ethics and IT , continually supporting teams in performance management, talent development and cultural engagement.

Daniel graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering. Before joining Ipsen China, he worked at Pernod Ricard China, NIO, and ANZ Bank, accumulating over 12 years of human resources experience across recruitment, project management, and HR business partnering. During his tenure at Pernod Ricard China, he served as a Regional HR Partner for the Western Region and later as an HR Partner at the headquarters, successfully driving initiatives in talent development, succession planning and performance management. His arrival is expected to bring new vitality to the Ipsen China HR team.
