Dear colleagues,
As part of our HR transformation and enhancing the HR business partnership in Latin America, we are pleased to welcome Claudia DOMINGUES to Ipsen as HR Regional Lead Latin America & HR Lead for Brazil. Claudia will join us on February 18th and will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
In this position, Claudia will be directly reporting to Cyrille DEBAR, Head of HR Operations International and in dotted line to Andrei SEVCIUC, Head of Latin America Region and General Manager Brazil.
Jimena Garcia, HR Manager for Mexico, Alba Pinzon, HR Manager for Columbia and Tiago de Paula, HR Operations, will be directly reporting to Claudia.
Claudia is joining us from Guerbet, one of the leading experts in medical imaging worldwide, where she oversaw HR Services and HRBP for Latin America for the last 4 years.
Previously, Claudia spent more than 15 years in the financial and banking services with several roles in HR where she demonstrated her leadership and skills to support business challenges and develop talent management and engagement.
Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies form the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s in psychology.
We want also to thank Juliana Martinelli who led HR Latam for 4 years and kept this role ad interim when she moved to lead the HR DACH cluster. Juliana always demonstrated a high level of expertise, commitment and has been instrumental in the LATAM transformation.
