Dear Colleagues,

We’re delighted to welcome Vincent PELLIET to Ipsen! Starting July 7th, Vincent joined us in Paris as our new Talent & Capability Planning Lead  within the Global Talent Management, Learning & Development and Culture team.

Vincent brings a rich and diverse background in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and HR transformation. He has led impactful initiatives across industries including pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, and retail. Most recently, at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, he supported clients in mapping and planning workforce capabilities, designing career pathways, and integrating AI tools into SWP practices. Prior to that, Vincent held several roles at Sanofi, where he drove global workforce diagnostics, co-developed 5-year capability trajectories across 10 countries, and led the agile deployment of a digital SWP solution to over 1,500 users.

His international experience spans Latin America and North America, where he supported talent processes, analytics, and strategic HR projects. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from ESSCA School of Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.

In his new role, Vincent will be instrumental in driving Ipsen’s strategic and operational workforce planning processes, aligning organizational capabilities with our long-term business strategy, and supporting divisions in building robust capability roadmaps.
