Dear colleagues,

It is my pleasure to announce the arrival of Thach-Thao Ngo as Global HR Communication & Project Lead. Thao is based in Boulogne and reports directly to me. She will be leading the Global HR communication, in the position that was previously held by Marjorie Vincenti.

Thao joins us from Allianz Trade (previously known as Euler Hermes), where she worked as Global HR Communication & Employer Branding specialist. In this role that she built up from scratch, Thao was defining and delivering the employer branding strategy, handling the communication of HR projects and initiatives towards internal and external audiences, while ensuring the consistency and quality in all Group HR communications. Before taking on this position, she was previously working as HR officer supporting the HRBPs, then Head of Office to the CHRO.

Thao brings with her communication expertise, with knowledge of HR practices and activities. She speaks English, French and Vietnamese.
