Dear Colleagues,

it is my pleasure to announce that Svenja Witzelmaier will be joining Ipsen as HR Operations Lead DACH/NoBa on August 1st, 2024. She will be based in Munich and will report directly to Margareta Mörwald, HR Director DACH/NoBa.
The HR Operations Team with Bassogbê Fritz and Sonja Allinger based in Munich as well as Beatrice Soderholm, based in Stockholm, will be reporting to Svenja.
Svenja has been working at the Able Group, whose business is to provide the services of Global Support Functions to group-owned companies. She has experience as HR consultant on strategy & projects, as International HR Business Partner and Labour Law Partner.
Svenja brings a deep set of competencies in Human Resources, with a full range of skills on HR projects, labour law and Comp & Ben. Helen has been studying labour law and has been working from abroad in Stockholm before she started her studies in Germany.
Further I would like to inform you that our Talent Acquisition & Management Partner Viktoria Brendel will be focusing on Talent Acquisition for the rest of the year due to the high demand of recruitment support in DACH. Thanks to Viktoria for her flexibility and focus.

We are proud that through our 70-20-10 development initiatives and programs are able to provide opportunities for our employees to experience new challenges, learn new skills and develop their knowledge.
Therefore I am delighted to announce that Nafsika Tzioridou, HR Manager Greece & Talent Management Lead NCE @Ipsen will be supporting us as Talent Management Partner in DACH/NoBa with immediate effect and until October 2024.
I am really pleased to welcome Nafsika to our local teams and to benefit from her experience and expertise in the Talent Management field. As a first action, she will be supporting our leaders to drive the i-develop campaign with their employees.

Last but not least, I would like to welcome Anja Brüsewitz and Sandra Babulova, who will support the HR DACH team from 1st June 2024 as working students throughout the next months. Their primary focus will be to move data manually to the relevant HR tools within our HR operations landscape project.
