Dear colleagues

We are pleased to announce that Tasia Meidanis was promoted to Manager, Global Executive Search within the Global Talent team, Executive Search function on June 1, 2022. She will report to Pinar Hanna.

Tasia joined Ipsen in 2017 to focus on supporting North America HR, she quickly progressed to a Talent Acquisition Specialist position within our North America Talent Acquisition Team.  For the past three years Tasia has been instrumental in providing a high-quality candidate experience for all levels of talent that interviewed at Ipsen.  She has expanded her scope and fully ramped into the role of a recruiter handling 20+ requisitions at any given time in both the US and Canada.

Tasia’s promotion as the Manager, Global Executive Search is integral to the success of Ipsen’s Talent organization and internal Executive Search function.  She will be focus on sourcing, scouting, search strategy, market insights, interviewing and supporting the internal function.

This promotion recognizes her continued contributions to the Global Talent Acquisition Team as well as her ability to learn and fully transition into a new role.
