Dear Colleagues,

it is my pleasure to announce that Tanja Meier will be joining IPSEN as a part-time interim HR Business Partner for Austria and Switzerland and Talent Management Operations Lead for Cluster DACH/Northern EU (BeNeLux, NoBa) on January 1st, 2023.

Tanja will be based in Munich and will report directly to Margareta Mörwald, HR Director DACH/Northern Europe. She will work closely with Dagmar Tschoep, Country Manager CHAT and Virginie Serviere, heading up Talent Management & L&D globally.

 Tanja has got a strong track record as HR Manager/HR Business partner within different companies and industries of over 10 years. On top of this she has been leading the leadership and organisational development team at GSK for approx. 5 years. Tanja has spent the past few years to support various companies with interim freelancing as well as project management on various HR themes.

I am very happy to announce that Viktoria Brendel will be joining us as Talent Acquisition Partner from 1^st January 2023 as well. From 1st July 2023 she will also take over Tanja’s responsibilities as Talent Management Partner.

 Viktoria`s scope of role will be to work with Cluster DACH/Northern Europe (BeNeLux, NoBa) and will be reporting to Margareta Mörwald, HRD DACH/Northern Europe and dotted line to Caroline O´Reilly for Talent Acquisition activities and Virginie Serviere for Talent Management Activities.

Viktoria has started her professional career in commercial roles and has developed into HR within last couple of years. Her primary experience has been focusing on a generalist role as HR Manager and being a specialist on recruitment in the past five years.
