Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the nomination of Claire d’Avout as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the French Hub dedicated to Corporate Functions and IT as of August 22^nd 2022.

Claire will be reporting to me and will have the pleasure to collaborate closely with the rest of the Global Talent Acquisition team to recruit our future talents based in France.

Claire graduated with a Master in Intercultural Management and started her career in a recruitment agency supporting clients in their finance and HR needs. She then worked for the Railway division of Siemens and Barilla as Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the full recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to offer.

Claire is fluent in French, English and Spanish and is passionate by Theatre. She will be based in Boulogne.

I would like to thank warmly Myriam Azouane and the rest of the team for their dedication during the transition phase.

In addition, I am also thrilled to announce that Soleen Ghahraman will be joining the French Hub for a 6 month assignment as Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Boulogne as of August 24^th 2022.

Soleen will be reporting to me. She will support me on the recruitment of the Global Digital functions and will support Marie Cancade in the recruitment of interns. She will also be partnering with the rest of the team on projects and sourcing.

Soleen has been working for Ipsen since 2020 as Employee Experience Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist in the US Hub supporting the Global Executive Search Department. She worked previously for the World Federation of Public Health Associations. She holds a Master in Public Health.

Soleen has lived and worked in the UK, US and Switzerland and is fluent in French, English and Armenian.

I would like to thank Alan Blevins and the HR community entirely for her support in Soleen’s temporary move to France.

J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer l’arrivée de Claire d’Avout au poste de Spécialiste Talent Acquisition dédiée aux recrutements des Fonctions Corporate et IT à compter du 22 août 2022.

Je suis également ravie de vous annoncer que Soleen Ghahraman rejoindra à partir du 24 aout 2022 le Hub France pour une mission de 6 mois comme Spécialiste Talent Acquisition basée à Boulogne.

Soleen me reportera. Elle m’accompagnera directement sur le recrutement des postes Digitaux Globaux dans l’équipe Stratégie et Transformation et aura la charge du recrutement des stagiaires dès le lancement de la campagne, sous la supervision de Marie Cancade. Elle viendra également en renfort de l’ensemble de l’équipe Talent Acquisition pour des projets et du sourcing.

Soleen a rejoint Ipsen en 2020 comme Employee Experience Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist dans l’équipe Executive Search puis dans l’équipe Talent Acquisition Hub aux US. Elle a travaillé précédemment pour la World Federation of Public Health Associations. Elle est diplômée d’un Master en Santé Publique.

Soleen a vécu et travaillé en Grande Bretagne, aux Etats Unis et en Suisse. Elle parle couramment Français, Anglais et Arménien.
