As part of our strategy, Focus, Together, for Patients & Society, we are committed in Human Resources to reinforce internal mobility as key to the development of our people. I am pleased to announce the following internal move:

Siv-Sane KIN is appointed to HR & L&D Operational Excellence Director reporting to me, as of 1^st of January 2024. She will remain located in Boulogne-Billancourt.

After starting her career as a consultant, Siv-Sane joined Ipsen in March 2016 as IT Project Lead for HR where she contributed to the roll-out of Workday. She then joined the HR Community and was appointed HRIS Director in 2020. In that position, Siv-Sane successfully built a strong team and solid foundations for our HR Systems as well as a robust collaboration with internal stakeholders. In particular, she worked on making iPeople a reliable and evolutive platform, thus enabling successful implementations such as HR Insights, Glint, AskHR, Bravo and lately our Coaching Platform.

In her new role as HR & L&D Operational Excellence Director Siv-Sane will define a roadmap to improve HR overall efficiency and operational excellence. She will ensure HR tools and processes are optimized from an Operational Excellence standpoint. She may lead projects and/or programs that require a high level of expertise in Operational Excellence or project management.

In addition, as part of its workforce transformation and in the aftermath of the “Barrier Breakers” project on Mandatory Trainings, IPSEN is investing in Learning & Development solutions. In that context,        Siv-Sane will lead the effort to bring and maintain IPSEN Learning and Development community, framework, and solutions to the highest standards of Performance, Efficiency and Compliance.

Siv-Sane’s current position as Global HRIS Director will soon be advertised internally.

Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de groupe, Focus, Ensemble, pour les patients et la société, nous sommes engagés, au sein des Ressources Humaines, à renforcer la mobilité interne en tant qu’élément essentiel au développement de nos collaborateurs. J’ai le plaisir d’annoncer la mobilité interne de :

Siv-Sane KIN est nommée Directrice Excellence Opérationnelle RH & L&D, sous ma responsabilité, à compter du 1^er janvier 2024. Elle restera basée à Boulogne-Billancourt.

Après avoir débuté sa carrière en tant que consultante, Siv-Sane a rejoint Ipsen en mars 2016 comme chef de projet informatique dans le domaine RH où elle a contribué au déploiement de Workday. Elle a ensuite rejoint la communauté RH et été nommée directrice SIRH en 2020. Sur ce poste, Siv-Sane a contribué à mettre en place une équipe robuste et des fondations solides pour nos systèmes RH, ainsi que de fortes collaborations avec les parties prenantes internes. En particulier, elle a aidé à faire d’iPeople une plateforme fiable et évolutive, permettant ainsi des implémentations réussies telles que HR Insights, Glint, AskHR, Bravo et dernièrement notre plateforme de coaching.

Dans son nouveau rôle, Siv-Sane définira une feuille de route pour améliorer l’efficacité globale et l’excellence opérationnelle des RH. Elle veillera à ce que les outils et processus RH soient optimisés du point de vue de l’excellence opérationnelle. Elle pourra être amenée à diriger des projets et/ou des programmes qui requièrent un haut niveau d’expertise en excellence opérationnelle ou gestion de projet.

En outre, dans le cadre de la transformation RH et à la suite du projet “Barrier Breakers” sur les formations obligatoires, IPSEN investit dans des solutions de formation et de développement. Dans ce contexte, Siv-Sane dirigera les efforts visant à amener et à maintenir la communauté « L&D », la gouvernance et les solutions de formation et de développement d’IPSEN à un niveau d’excellence en matière de performance, d’efficacité et de conformité.

Le poste actuel de Siv-Sane en tant que Directrice des systèmes globaux RH sera prochainement publié en interne.
