Dear Colleagues,

It is my pleasure to announce the nomination of Rachel Beach as of Head of UKI & International HR Shared Services effective April 21st, 2022. Located in Wrexham, Rachel will report directly to me.

In her role, Rachel will dedicate 60% of her time as head of the HR Shared Services Head UKI & International leading the team and, for the remaining 40%, will be integrated to the HRIS team where she will help in the deployment of our ambitious roadmap, more specifically on the tools related to Shared Services.

Rachel will also work closely with Jemma Chambers who was been appointed into the role of HR Shared Services Project manager International in January 2022 and kindly accepted to manage the team while waiting for Rachel’s arrival. I thank her warmly for that.

Rachel has a extensive experience in HR SSC and is a CIPD qualified HR Professional. She joins us from Müller UK & Ireland, an international Transportation Group where she was the Hire-to-Retire Stream Lead of the HR Group Shared Services since July 2016. Before that, she held positions of increasing seniority in Talent Supply and Recruitment.

J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer la nomination de Rachel Beach au poste de responsable des services partagés  RH pour le Royaume-Uni, l’Irlande et l’International, à compter du 21 avril 2022. Basée à Wrexham, Rachel me sera directement rattachée.

Rachel consacrera 60% de son temps en tant que responsable des services partagés RH UKI & International en dirigeant l’équipe et, pour les 40% restants sera intégrée à l’équipe SIRH où elle aidera au déploiement de notre ambitieuse feuille de route “outils”, plus particulièrement sur les outils liés aux services partagés.

Rachel travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec Jemma Chambers qui a été nommée au poste de HR Shared Services Project manager International en janvier 2022 et qui a gentiment accepté de gérer l’équipe en attendant l’arrivée de Rachel. Je l’en remercie chaleureusement.

Rachel a une grande expérience des SSC RH et est une professionnelle des RH qualifiée par le diplôme du CIPD. Elle nous rejoint après avoir travaillé chez Müller UK & Ireland, un groupe international de transport, où elle était responsable depuis juillet 2016 du processus « Hire-to-Retire » des services partagés RH. Avant cela, elle a occupé des postes de responsabilité croissante dans en Talent et Recrutement.
