I couldn’t be happier to share that Preneta NAIDOO will be joining the Global Executive Search team as Senior Global Executive Search Partner effective September 1^st, 2024.

Preneta joins us from our UKI & International Global Talent Acquisition Team, where for the past year and a half she has been focused on building out Ipsen’s capabilities at International, working closely with local and regional stakeholders to attract and hire the best talent for the organization.

Preneta has over 10 years of talent acquisition experience, 7 of which at Ipsen starting as Talent Acquisition Specialist and rising to International Talent Acquisition Manager. She is highly accomplished, having brought onboard great talent for Ipsen; her track-record spans all functions within the organization, with a strong focus on Commercial, where she has had recognized impact at the BU level and beyond.

Preneta has built great relationships with key business stakeholders and our broader HR community; she demonstrates exceptional care and is focused on ensuring excellence in candidate experience, whilst being laser focused on business impact.

Preneta has 2 lovely girls! She enjoys spending her time off playing music in local festivals and pubs around Dublin the Bodhran being her instrument of choice (I didn’t know either, here is what it sounds like) as well as other musical endeavours (reach to her to find out the full list)!
