Dear Colleagues,

I am very pleased to welcome today Paola MONTUENGA as Deputy Vice President HR International and GPPS. Paola will report to me and will be based in Boulogne. Paola will replace Pauline Watrice who has been promoted to Global HR Business Partner role.

In her new role, Paola will support me in all HR activities for the International & GPPS divisions. She will be in charge of providing detailed data collection, analysis, reports and recommendations in collaboration with the HR community and key business players. She will ensure the coordination at divisional level of Compensation as well as Talent Management/Development processes.

Paola is joining us from ManoMano where she was International recruiter during 3 years and a half in Paris. Prior this, she had the opportunity to lead recruitment for a start-up company based in Singapore and was HR Generalist for a Law firm.

Paola is holding a Master diploma specialized in Human Resources and spent two years of her studies in the US.

Chers collègues,

J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer l’arrivée de Paola MONTUENGA en tant qu’Adjointe Vice-Présidente HR International & GPPS à compter d’aujourd’hui. Paola me reportera directement et sera basée à Boulogne. Paola remplacera Pauline qui a été promue Global HR Business Partner.

Dans son nouveau rôle, Paola m’assistera dans toutes les activités RH pour les divisions International & GPPS. Elle s’assurera de la collecte des données d’informations précises, l’analyse, les rapports et les recommandations afférentes en collaboration avec la communauté RH et les acteurs clés du business. Elle aura aussi en charge la coordination au niveau divisionnel des campagnes de Rémunération et de Management / Développement des Talents.

Paola nous rejoint de ManoMano où elle était Recruteur International pendant 3 ans et demi à Paris. Avant cela, elle a eu l’opportunité de gérer les recrutements pour une start-up basée à Singapour. Elle a également occupé un poste RH au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats.

Paola a obtenu un master spécialisé en Ressources Humaines et a passé 2 ans aux Etats-Unis pendant ses études.
