As our organization evolves, aligned with the business growth, we are pleased to announce the below organizational changes in HR LATAM.

Alba Pinzon, HR Manager at Ipsen Colombia, is taking over an additional responsibility as Talent Management Lead for Latin America. In this position’s new scope, Alba will continue supporting our employees and business as a generalist HR & Office Manager and HRBP at a country level in Colombia, plus she will support the planning and execution of the TM-initiatives and campaigns at a regional level in the LATAM-countries, aligned with Global Talent Management.

Alba joined Ipsen in February 2022 in the context of the start-up of our new affiliate in Colombia and has been instrumental for the structuring of the HR function in the country and the formation of the local teams.

Welder Brito, HR and EHS Specialist at Ipsen Brazil, is taking over an additional responsibility as HR Admin Lead for Latin America. In this position’s new set up, Welder will expand his scope to include HR Admin tasks of iPeople to the LATAM-countries, while keeping his EHS focus as well. With this change, we are seeking to ensure a higher level of consistency in handling and managing iPeople Admin data across our countries, as well as to boost resource efficiency.

Welder joined Ipsen in November 2021 and has been contributing fundamentally to paving a solid and clear HR Admin base at Ipsen Brazil, as well as he has been collaborating in various tasks and projects of the HR function and EHS.

Both Alba and Welder will keep their direct reporting lines to Juliana Martinelli, Head of HR LATAM & HRD Brazil. The changes are progressively taking place in a transition mode, and will be fully effective as of June 01st, 2023.
