Dear All,

I would like to take the opportunity to introduce Michael YEBOAH who has joined the Global Compensation & Benefits family as a C&B Specialist based in Paddington, London office. As part of his role, Michael will support me, when it comes to the UK and IE business, in ensuring that all Global programmes are executed in the UK/IE in line with Global C&B principles, as part of HR principles and conduct in-depth analysis of market data to ensure that Ipsen’s compensation and benefits package remains competitive across both UK and Ireland.

Michael has a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University. He joins from Korn Ferry where he was a Total Rewards Consultant specialising in Job Evaluation and pay benchmarking. Michael also worked at BDO professional services as a Tax Technician in their Share Plans and Incentive team.

Outside work, Michael is a big fan of AC Milan, which reflects his massive love for football, and he has already joined the London office football team.

Please do join me in giving Michael a warm welcome into the Ipsen family – he will be reaching out to some of you to have his induction meetings.
