Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the nomination of Mathilde Pillot as Talent Acquisition Partner in the UK&I Hub dedicated to Specialty Care, GPPO and CMO. Mathilde joined the team on July 18^th 2022.

Mathilde will report to me and will work collaboratively to secure talent for our UK&I Hub and global teams.

Mathilde holds a Master in Sales and Tourism Management, and an MBA in International Sales. She is fluent in French and English and speaks German. She has worked in Talent Acquisition since 2015, starting with Skills Alliance where she progressed to Principal Executive Search Consultant, before moving to Industry as Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA with Insulet. She then worked with Achilles Therapeutics, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical as TA Partner International, before joining Edwards Life Sciences as TA Senior Partner EMEA.

Mathilde will be based at Bath Road. She is a seasoned traveller, having lived in Thailand, Russia and Canada as well as Europe. Her sport of choice is Fencing, where she has won regional and national competitions as a UK and French National Player for the Federation Francaise d’Escrime and Knightsbridge Fencing Club.
