Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce the arrival of Margaux HOUDEBERT as HRIS Senior Analyst & Project Lead starting September 2nd, based in Boulogne and reporting to me.

Before joining Ipsen, Margaux was working at Deloitte as HR Transformation Project manager since 2019. She worked on Workday implementation projects on different modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Compensation. These projects were led in an international environment in companies from very various domains such as the Banking sector, Transportation, Pharmaceuticals or Cosmetics…. Her role spread over most steps of the projects from process design to integration including data migration, change management and support.

Margaux holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from Strasbourg university and a Master’s degree in Management with specialization in HR from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

At Ipsen, Margaux will bring her knowledge of Workday and Project management to deliver the various enhancements and projects related to iPeople mainly but not only. She will partner with the different HR CoEs to define the requirements, propose the best possible configuration, testing and help on change management to deliver successful HR projects.
