Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to announce that Margareta Mörwald will be joining Ipsen as HR Director DACH and North Europe (BeNelux, Nordic, Baltics) on July 1st, 2022. She will be based in Munich and will report directly to Mona Amin- HR Ops International while working closely with Ivo Sulovsky-GM DACH.
Margareta will be part of the DACH leadership team. All HR DACH Team members as well as Arjen Fehr-HR Head Benelux & Project Lead International and Grethe Hojlund-Head of HR Nordics & Baltics will report directly to Margareta.
Margareta brings a deep set of competencies in Human resources, including a long track record of building and developing high performing teams. Margareta has a strong background in strategic business partnering, HR operations, talent management, talent acquisition, learning & development and C&B. Margareta is an experienced leader and people developer, who has worked internationally for global companies.
Margareta joins us from GSK where she worked as HR Director for Germany. During this time, she drove the countrywide HR agenda and was responsible for the deployment of a number of nationwide GSK’ HR Business strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining GSK, she worked several years at the LEGO Group, where she moved up from Head of HR Operations Central and Southern Europe to Head of HR DACH/Senior People Partner Central Europe. Before that, Margareta started her career first as HR Consultant and later as Head of HR at Allianz Global Assistance Dtl.
Margareta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and in Business Administration and Operations (CCI).
I’m sure, Margareta’s extensive HR operational and strategic experience, in addition to her drive in contributing business growth and on translating business strategy to people strategy will be a strong asset.
