Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Madura SRITHARAN is nominated as Global Human Resources Business Partner within the Technical Operations. Madura will remain based in Boulogne-Billancourt and report to me.

Madura is fully stepping into this new role as of March while finalizing her transition from her current role of HR Business Partner for the French Operations since the beginning of this year together with Audrey PRADEL, HR Director for the French Operations. The replacement of Madura for the French Operations will be communicated soon.

In her new mandate of Global Human Resources Business Partner Technical Operations, Madura will provide local HR business support to the associates of the Technical Operations who are localized in Boulogne-Billancourt, Dreux and les Ulis. She will also progressively overtake the management of Work Council for Dreux IT. Ultimately, she will contribute and oversee various global HR strategic initiatives and cycles for the Technical Operations.

Graduated from the SUP des RH with a ‘Master in ‘Management of People and Organizations’ / Major Finance (Paris) in 2013, Madura is a seasoned HR professional. She worked for the commercial operations at the affiliate level for NovoNordisk, Amgen, and AstraZeneca. She joined Ipsen in 2015 as HR generalist within the French Operations. Since 2019, she has taken an additional responsibility of supporting our Boulogne-based Technical Operations employees and managers.

J’ai le plaisir d’annoncer que Madura SRITHARAN a été nommée Responsable RH Global au sein des Opérations Techniques. Madura restera basé à Boulogne-Billancourt et me reportera.

Madura prend son nouveau rôle à partir de ce mois de mars en assurant la transition sur son rôle précédant de HR Business Partner pour les Opérations France avec Audrey PRADEL, Directrice HR pour les Opérations France. Le remplacement de Madura auprès des Opérations France sera communiqué prochainement.

Dans ses nouvelles fonctions de Responsable RH Global Opérations Techniques, Madura apportera le support RH local aux équipes des Opérations Techniques qui sont localisées à Boulogne-Billancourt, Dreux et les Ulis. Elle reprendra également progressivement la gestion du Comité Social et Economique de Dreux IT. Enfin, elle contribuera et supervisera nos diverses initiatives stratégiques et cycles RH globaux pour les Opérations Techniques.

Diplômée d’un Mastère Spécialisé « Management des Hommes et des Organisations » / Majeure Finance de SUP des RH (Paris) en 2013, Madura est une professionnelle RH expérimentée. Elle a travaillé pour les opérations commerciales de NovoNordisk, Amgen et AstraZeneca. Elle a rejoint Ipsen en 2015 en tant que Généraliste RH au sein des Opérations France. En 2019, elle a pris une responsabilité supplémentaire d’accompagnement de nos collaborateurs et managers des Opérations Techniques de Boulogne.
