We are excited to announce an addition to our Global Compensation & Benefits Team effective 7 Dec 2023. Luna Qing Hui LIM will be joining as Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Asia (APAC & China). She will be based in Singapore and reports to Siti Shahdan.

In this role, Luna will support Siti in managing local and global C&B projects, policies, and initiatives, providing C&B expertise, analysis, and consultation to ensure Ipsen’s programs are market relevant, competitive, and forward thinking to attract and retain talents. She will collaborate closely with the HR community and key business players in the region.

Luna has almost 4 years of experience working in total rewards and data analytics. She has worked with diverse and multi-cultural teams, predominantly in the finance & technology MNCs. Prior to Ipsen, she was a C&B Specialist in Samsung and Compensation Analyst at JP Morgan with regional Asia scope. Her focus was in analyzing compensation data that not only tells a story but also functions as a powerful tool to align regional frameworks, salary structure, gender pay analysis, and long-term equity compensation. She also had a stint as a Data Analyst, Talent Acquisition at Micron where she created Workday dashboards to enhance global recruiting effectiveness.

Luna graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with honours distinction from the National University of Singapore. She did an exchange semester in the University of Mannheim, Germany. Luna is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

In her free time, Luna likes to watch stand-up comedy on Tik Tok and take walks around her neighborhood at night, when the weather is not too hot. She once knew enough Spanish to tell Spanish hikers about Singaporean horror stories, but now she has forgotten most of it.
