Dear HR Community,

I’m pleased to announce that Elizabeth McGeoy will take over the Global HR Communication & Project Lead mission during Thao’s maternity leave, starting January 3^rd 2024.

During this part-time assignment, from January to May 2024, on top of her current role, Liz will cover 40% of Thao’s current role, focusing on supporting the HR Centers of Excellence with their communication needs in relation to the core projects such as International Women’s Day, Global Employee Engagement survey, Career Festival, Pride Month, etc. Liz will also support the follow-up of other communication projects such as the rebranding, as well as the management of HR Insider and HR Community SharePoint.

We believe that this will be a great development opportunity for Liz, allowing her to further embrace and develop her communication skills, while working with different HR topics and global stakeholders.
