Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that Kimberley ANDRIEU will support the Finance, HR and Global Partnering functions as Global HR Business Partner starting 16th of May 2025 and until the 12th of September 2025. She will be based in the Paris office and report to me.

There will be a four-week transition phase during which Kimberley will split her time, spending 2 days a week onboarding in her new role and continue to work with the Paris & Dreux HR team, 3 days a week. This will allow Kimberley to hand over her activities as HRBP for R&D Paris & Dreux and ensure support with the move and induction to our new Paris offices before fully taking her new role on June 16th

Kimberley joined Ipsen in February 2024 on a fixed term contract (maternity leave cover) as HR Business Partner for Les Ulis and Dreux.

In her new role, Kimberley will be focusing on providing comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance management, and organizational development, to ensure the supported functions operate efficiently and effectively. She will play a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives to ensure organizational success.

Kimberley holds Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources Development, SUP of HR. Before joining Ipsen, she worked as a People Partner at Novartis where she spent 4 years. Previously, she had worked as an HR generalist within various companies such as the med tech company CARMAT and Toyota.
