Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we announce Jimena Garcia, who joins Ipsen today, July 05th 2024, as Head of Human Resources – Mexico, based in Mexico City. In this position Jimena will report directly to Juliana Martinelli, Head of HR LATAM, and indirectly to Cristiano Kok, General Manager at our Mexican affiliate. Jimena will join the HR International Leadership Team as well as the Mexican Leadership Team.

Jimena has been building her professional pathway in Human Resources, acquiring experience in HR Operations and in HR Business Partnering / HR Management in multinational companies such as GE, MetLife, Ingenico and Getinge. She is highly experienced in leading HR at country level, implementing the appropriate people strategy and advising employees and business leaders. She has also gained solid skills in the regional management of HR within Hispanic Latin America over the years. We are confident that her extensive HR experience will help contribute to the business growth and develop a strong HR function in Mexico.
