Dear colleagues,

To support our ambitious Talent strategy, I am pleased to announce that JB Cauneille is officially appointed as Head of Executive Search & Organizational Intelligence as of April 1^st, JB will continue reporting to me and being a member of the Talent Leadership Team.

JB brings a diverse set of experiences across Global Executive Search, Strategy Consulting, as well as an entrepreneurial journey. Started his career in Asia working for one of the largest hospital groups in Thailand, before deciding to co-found an NGO (Enotis/focused on addiction legislation) in Greece, and proceeded to co-found his own consultancy CAICMED working on pharmacovigilance and healthcare legislation. JB then spent 6 years at Korn Ferry working on regional and global executive search assignments across the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining us, he was People Operations Consultant for Reborrn, a strategy consulting firm specialized across large FMCG, FinTech, and early seed clients.  JB joined us in 2021, helping us build our competitive talent intelligence.

MBA graduate from Open University Business School in London, JB also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rangsit University in Bangkok.

In his new role, JB will be responsible for leading the Executive Search function, including organizational intelligence and our scouting activities. He will be supported by Tasia Meidanis, Executive Search Manager and Soleen Ghahraman, Global Executive Search Partner (as of 1st of June 2023).

Afin de soutenir notre stratégie Talent, j’ai le plaisir d’annoncer que JB Cauneille est officiellement  nommé Head of Executive Search & Organizational Intelligence à compter du 1er avril. JB va continuer à me reporter et reste membre de la Talent Leadership Team.

JB apporte un ensemble d’expériences diversifées dans les domaines de la chasse globale de dirigeants, du conseil en stratégie, ainsi que d’un parcours entrepreneurial. Il a commencé sa carrière en Asie en travaillant pour l’un des plus grands groupes hospitaliers de Thaïlande, avant de décider de cofonder une ONG (Enotis/axée sur la législation sur les addictions) en Grèce, et a cofondé son propre cabinet de conseil CAICMED travaillant sur la pharmacovigilance et la législation en matière de santé. JB a ensuite passé 6 ans chez Korn Ferry à travailler sur des missions de recherche au niveau régional et mondial dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Avant de nous rejoindre, il était consultant en ressources humaines pour Reborrn, une société de conseil en stratégie spécialisée dans les groupes de grande consommation, les FinTech et les jeunes pousses.  JB nous a rejoint en 2021, et a contribué à développer notre veille concurrentielle en matière de talents.

Diplômé d’un MBA de l’Open University Business School de Londres, JB est également titulaire d’une licence en arts de l’université Rangsit de Bangkok.

Dans son nouveau rôle, JB sera responsable de diriger la fonction de recherche globale de dirigeants de niveau exécutif, incluant l’intelligence organisationnelle et nos activités de repérage de talents externes. Il sera aidé par Tasia Meidanis, Executive Search Manager et Soleen Ghahraman, Global Executive Search Partner (à partir du 1er juin 2023).
