Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to welcome Mie Matsui 松井 美絵as the new HR & Administrative Manager, a consultant reporting directly to me and with a dotted line to Shanon Ng, HR Regional Lead for APAC and China.
Mie possesses over 15 years of expertise in human resources and general administration operations, serving global and expanding companies across the manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors. She has consistently developed scalable, locally aligned HR frameworks that foster business growth and operational excellence. Her career accomplishments include successfully leading a payroll harmonization project across twelve business units. This achievement resulted in Mie being promoted to HR Manager in recognition of her effective integration efforts.

Mie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dokkyo University, Saitama, Japan. Outside of work, she engages in physical activities such as yoga to maintain relaxation and manage stress. She also has an interest in travelling. Recently, she visited South Korea to spend time with her eldest daughter, who resides there.
