Dear colleagues,

We regret to announce that Jerry Heo, Head of HR, Korea, has decided to leave the company to pursue his personal career aspiration.
Jerry’s last day with Ipsen will be March 22, 2024.

Jerry joined Ipsen in June 2022. Under his leadership in developing and implementing HR policies, the HR operations in Ipsen Korea have greatly improved. Jerry’s professionalism and efforts in managing employee relations have also helped us navigate difficult times and issues.

We are very appreciative of Jerry’s contributions to Ipsen Korea over the past year and nine months. Please join us in wishing him all the success in his new endeavors.

While we begin recruitment for Jerry’s replacement, I, Shanon will support Korea on an ad- interim basis while continuing in my current role, and Sora Min will report to me until the Head of HR role for Korea is hired. I will continue to be based in Singapore while managing this interim responsibility.
