Dear Colleagues,

As previously communicated, Liza O’Brien has taken up a new opportunity within Ipsen and has now moved into her new position as Deputy Business HR within the Tech Ops division. Over the last few weeks, we have initiated the search for Liza’s replacement, therefore whilst we continue with the selection process, I am delighted to inform you that Dominika Rodak will be stepping up into the role of ad-interim HR Director Dublin from the 1st July.

Dominika will report into me, with a dotted line into Tim Shanahan, Head of Site Dublin. We anticipate this being for approximately four months, however we will keep you updated on the progress of this critical position.

Dominika has 10 years of HR experience across many industries including food, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Ipsen in October 2021, Dominika was HR Business Partner in Viatris (formerly Mylan) where she spent two years, and prior to that Dominika held the role of HR Generalist in Aspen Pharma for three years.

Dominika attained a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin and went on to achieve first class Honours in her MSc in HR Management from UCD Smurfit Business School.
Dominika will join the Dublin Senior Leadership Team whilst she is in this interim role and we will also look to bring in a Contract HRBP to support Dominika.
