I am pleased to announce that Clémence TARRONI will be appointed as International Mobility Specialist, effective September 17th, 2022. She remains in Boulogne and will report directly to me.

Clémence is joining us on a permanent contract after obtaining her Master Degree at Supdesrh in Paris, and 1 year of apprenticeship at Ipsen as International Mobility Assistant. Clémence previously worked as a recruiter for a home helper agency and has a background in the Hospitality and Tourism industry as Travel Product Manager Assistant. She also experienced international mobility herself, by moving and leaving 6 months in England and 6 months in Dublin.

In her role, Clémence will be managing international mobilities at a Global level, in compliance with Ipsen’s international mobilities policies and local regulations. She will work closely with our external service providers and will be the main point of contact of Employees on an international mobility, as well as the internal HR departments.
