Dear colleagues,

We are happy to welcome a new member to the Global Talent Acquisition team in Singapore, reporting to me, and with dotted line to Shanon Ng, HR Regional Lead APAC & China.

Cindy Tan joined Ipsen ad interim in February 2024 and has added immense value across the APAC region as Manager, TA Partner. We are delighted to announce that effective 17^th February, Cindy will transition to become a full-time team member of the Global Talent Acquisition, and APAC HR, teams.

Cindy brings over 15 years of recruitment experience in various sectors namely banking and financial services, FMCG and more recently pharmaceuticals. Her expertise lies in operations, commercial and support functions on both permanent and contract hiring. She has been managing the talent acquisition activities for APAC since Feb 2024 in a contractual capacity and is grateful to be given the opportunity to continue her Ipsen journey as a permanent employee.

Moving forward, Cindy will continue to support APAC Talent Acquisition, and will also take Learning & Development activities where she will also support Shanon Ng, Head of HR APAC.

Outside of work, Cindy is usually spending time with the family (14 nephews and nieces & counting!), 3 cats and online shopping.
