It is with great pleasure that I am sharing with you some important changes in the Global Compensation & Benefits team, to develop and deploy our Total Rewards framework, in alignment with our strategy “Focus, Together, for Patients & Society“:

Let’s welcome Amarjit KHAIRA who is taking the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits, UK and Ireland, replacing Amanda DINI who has decided to pursue other career opportunities – Amarjit brings her solid C&B experience in various companies, including pharma companies, focusing on UK/Ireland roles as well as International total rewards topics. Starting July 13, based in Slough, UK, she reports to me.
Sofia BARKOVA is extending her current responsibilities as C&B Specialist for Russia and Kazakhstan to also provide support and expertise to UK and Ireland. After more than 9 years at Ipsen Russia, Sofia is relocating from Russia to Boulogne, France, as of July 10. She reports to Amarjit, replacing Elodie FERREIRA who is taking a new role.
Aurélie SUEUR is appointed Head of Executive Compensation and Global Benefits. As part of her role, Aurélie will reinforce the governance linked to Executive compensation, in close relationship with Corporate Legal teams. She continues to lead the Global Benefits policies and practices, to anticipate and develop strategies to address increasing benefits needs of Ipsen employees and their families. She becomes C&B partner for NCE (Northern and Central Europe).
- Océane PINTO, reporting to Aurélie, is focusing on Long-Term Incentives (LTI) and supporting Benefits programs. She becomes C&B partner for FRANCE.
Romain LEVI, as Head of Global Compensation, continues to lead Global Compensation policies and processes across Ipsen, including Performance Management and Recognition. He becomes C&B partner for DACH and NOBA.
- Maria ARROYO, reporting to Romain, is in charge of key compensation policies and processes (Annual Compensation Review, STI, benchmark surveys) and performance management. She becomes C&B partner for LATAM.
- Elodie FERREIRA reporting to Romain, is supporting key compensation policies and processes and focuses on Gender Pay Equity and Recognition at Ipsen. She becomes C&B partner for Southern Europe and Middle East Africa.
Under the leadership of Michaela LEO, Head of Compensation & Benefits, North America, Erin SHEEHAN, Cheryl SWIDRAK, and Amy KENNEY continue to provide C&B expertise and mobility support for North America.
Siti SHAHDAN, Head of Compensation & Benefits ASIA remains focused on ASIA Pacific including China.
Sarah SANTOS and Tara BRADLEY keep on helping us to manage a smooth transition in connection with Albireo integration, as well as providing expertise on specific projects.
Joëlle GREENWOLD, Head of International Mobility, and Clémence TARRONI, International Mobility Specialist who reports to her, are managing all International Mobility activities at Ipsen, including global Guidelines to help develop and grow Ipsen talents.


Transition for change in roles will be done over the summer to be fully effective as of September 1, 2023.
