Dear all,

I am announcing that Kendra will be leaving us as of October 23 to pursue a new career opportunity. I am sure you are sharing my feelings today; very sad to see Kendra leaving and at the same time more than happy for her!

Kendra has been a tremendous part of the growth and development of Ipsen Canada since she joined us over 6 years ago.  During her time at Ipsen Canada she has led numerous HR related initiatives that have significantly contributed to very high employee engagement and 3 consecutive “Great Place to Work” designations  for our company. Since 2 years, she is also leading the North America team where she created the team to reach a very high level of high performing team with clarified R&R and simplified processes. And a Great Place to Work certification for US too.

Kendra’s biggest impact has been on a personal level.  She has brought a sincere, warm and insightful approach to her work consistently making a great impact on everyone she interacts with.   We will miss her.

A recruitment to backfill the dual role, HR Canada and Lead HR for North America will start soon.
