We also believe internal mobility is key to the development of our people and I am thus very pleased to make the following announcement in the R&D Human Resources team :

Annika GERDON currently HR Director Iberia, is appointed as HR Business Partner for R&D as of August 1st, 2023 during the maternity leave of Khadija Dembele. Annika will be based in Boulogne-Billancourt and will report to me.

From July 17th to July 31st, Annika will smoothly transition to the role of R&D HRBP and continue to support the Iberia organization on essential topics until a successor is identified.

Annika will be the HRBP for Clinical development Operations (CDO) and Global Regulatory and Quality (GRQ).

Annika is joining the R&D human resources team with strong experience in Human Resources. She joined Ipsen in 2013 during a HR internship and then part time as a HR Generalist in the DACH region and evolved within the Ipsen HR family in local and global roles.

Prior to Ipsen, Annika worked in the hospitality industry managing a small hotel in the South of Germany. Please join me in wishing Annika success in her new position.
