Dear Colleagues,

I am delighted to inform you that Anna Walsh has been appointed into the role of HR Director Dublin and joins us on Monday 19th September.

Anna will be based at our Dublin site and, in addition to day to day HR activities, Anna will also lead on site initiatives at Dublin, such as diversity and inclusion, talent management, recognition, employee engagement and will also be a member of the Dublin Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Anna joins us with a breadth of experience across different sectors including construction materials, environmental services, property and employment law. Anna holds a Professional Diploma in HR Strategy from the Irish Management Institute, a Diploma in HR Management from Dublin Business School and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw, Poland.

Anna will report into Mona Amin, Head of HR International Operations, until we have appointed a Director, HR Operations UK and Ireland. Anna will also have a dotted line into Tim Shanahan.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys keeping fit, reading, gardening, cookery and learning languages (currently fluent Polish, English, good Russian and basic Italian!).

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Dominika Rodak for stepping into the HRD role ad-interim over the last few months and for providing continuity and leadership within the Dublin SLT. Dominika will now continue in her HR Business Partner role and will report into Anna.
