Dear colleagues,

I am very pleased to welcome Ana DUFOUR as HEAD of HR IBERIA effective on 20 June 2024. Ana is based in Barcelona and will report solid line to me and dotted line to GM Iberia, Aurora Berra.

Ana will be a member of Iberian Leadership Team and will support it and Iberian people in the HR activities.

She will work closely with me to deploy and implement the Global People Strategy as well as all HR procedures and processes in Iberia Region and to contribute to HR Cluster Italy and Iberia projects.

Ana took a Human and Public Relations Degree in Argentina, an Organization and HR Master Degree in Madrid and she is a certified Coach.

Ana has over 20 years of experience in HR for various multinational companies in biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, among which Alexion (Astra Zeneca), Medtronic and Norvatis.

She has experience in handling all HR topics and is accustomed to working under Spanish and Portuguese legislation.
