Dear colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that, after a period of absence, Aline DUDOUIT is back at Ipsen as HR Project Manager since March 20^th. She is based in Boulogne, will report to me and will be working part time.

In her new role, Aline will handle various HR projects, starting with the revamping of the Job Catalog.

I’m convinced that Aline’s past experiences as Deputy BHR as well as Head of HRIS will be a great asset to secure the success of projects she will be working on.

Aline will, of course, work in close collaboration with the rest of the HR Transformation team and the rest of the HR Centers of Excellence.

J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer qu’après une période d’absence, Aline DUDOUIT est de retour chez Ipsen en tant que Chef de projet RH depuis le 20 mars. Elle est basée à Boulogne, me reportera et travaillera à temps partiel.

Dans son nouveau rôle, Aline s’occupera de divers projets RH, en commençant par la refonte du Job Catalog.

Je suis convaincue que les expériences passées d’Aline en tant qu’ Adjointe de Business HR et Responsable du SIRH seront un atout majeur pour garantir la réussite des projets sur lesquels elle travaillera.

Aline travaillera, bien sûr, en étroite collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe de transformation des ressources humaines et les autres centres d’excellence des ressources humaines.
