As explained, we need to boost our activity on Bravo! and build on the foundation of our successful launch 6 months ago.
One of the success factors is to help and equip our HR community with a clear and robust notebook telling how and what they can do in sustaining our efforts to grow recognition at Ipsen.
Some are confused on what is expected from them and what resource they can leverage.
This is the reason why we made this document:
- What is the role of our leaders and HR; and our expectations in leading and supporting the program
- What and where re all the available resources
- Bravo! is a journey and we will keep it updated
