Dear Hr colleagues,

We are glad to welcome from 6 of January 2020, Haniya BOUAMER as HR Development Officer in the Ipsen Algiers site. She will report to Soraya TALOUT, Human Resources Director for Ipsen Algeria.

Haniya studied translation.  She has more than 4 years experience in Human Resources now.

She started her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  before joining Aigle Azur as Commercial agent , then she became in charge of Recruitment and Training within the same company.

Today at Ipsen Algeria, her main challenges will be:

• Ensuring qualitative recruitment in line with Recruitment strategy and with her internal clients’needs,
• Developing Employer Brand allowing us to recruit new talents and create retention,
• Participating  to employees’ development , always in line with global HR learning & development strategy and Ipsen business needs.

We wish Haniya much success in her new role and in her coming assignments.
