We are happy to launch Growing your soft skills new playlists on iLearn this week!

“At Ipsen, we empower all our employees to develop themselves by making every day a learning experience. The development plan campaign and the remote working situation we are facing right now are great opportunities for all of us to explore new learning content and grow your soft skills.”

Ipsen is partnering since 2019 with Skill pill to provide all our employees with a rapid learning offer supporting our 70-20-10 learning philosophy. This digital self–service aims to offer employees and managers foundational business soft skills, offering practical tips, advice and support to immediately put into practice in order to better perform in their job role at Ipsen.

This digital learning offer includes a series of short learning videos, helping them to act with agility in their day to day job and get up-to-speed on key learning topics in no time!

Browse among our 11 playlists, made of several short videos complemented by other resources such as templates, articles and quiz, articles… practical for on-the job tips and advice on:
