Dear HR Community,

With our Ipsen NoBa teams growing, and to ensure our needs are fully supported, we have shared previously the creation of a fully dedicated NoBa HR Leader position.

Today, I am delighted to inform you that Grethe Bjerre Højlund is joining Ipsen NoBa Specialty Care team as the NoBa HR Leader starting October 1st.

Grethe brings deep set of competencies in Human resources, including a strong track record of success building and developing high performing teams.
She started her career within the Medical department but for the last 15 years she has been engaged in various HR positions – mainly within the Nordic/Baltic region. Working with HR from both a strategic and operational perspective. She has been able to apply a broad and deep amount of HR knowledge to ensure that the Nordic Region gains value from HR.

Grethe, will report to David Daya, GM Nordics & Baltics  and will have a functional report with me.

As previously shared, Arjen will be transitioning to the newly created role of HR Head BeNeLux & Middle East as of October first and will be still leading NoBa until Grethe officially starts.
I want to thank Arjen for all what he did and continues to do for our teams!

Grethe lives in Copenhagen with her wife and two kids, and will be coming to Kista as needed. I am sure she will contribute a lot as part of the NoBa Lead Team member.Please join me in welcoming Grethe to  Ipsen  and wishing her great success into this new position!
