We are pleased to announce the implementation of the automated Probation Process in iPeople for the United Kingdom and Ireland, effective from 1^st October 2024.

The benefits of using automated probation include:

1. Enhanced Efficiency: Automation streamlines tasks that are typically time-consuming and prone to errors, thereby improving overall efficiency.
2. Consistent Employee Experience: By automating the probation process, a consistent experience is ensured for all employees across the service scope.
3. Supporting and Monitoring our Talent: Critical support in the early stages of an employee’s career at Ipsen will lay a foundation for their future success.

These benefits contribute to a more efficient and reliable probation process, ultimately enhancing the overall employee experience.
