Dear HR Community,

We are excited to announce the launch of iPeople Absence Management on 1st July 2024 for KSA.

With the implementation of iPeople Absence Management and the digitization of Absence, we have streamlined our HR operational processes by automating time-consuming and error-prone tasks.

Additionally, we have standardised our practices for Tunisia, UAE, Saudi, and Algeria to ensure a consistent employee experience and use of iPeople.

Furthermore, this enhances our ability as an HR Function to respond to both external and internal changes, such as adapting to new legislation and organizational policies.

Most importantly, we continue to remove barriers to execution and prioritize our employee experience.

The collaborative effort on this project has shown that we can achieve so much more when we work together.
