Dear colleagues,

To support our ambitious Talent Acquisition strategy, I am pleased to announce the following changes within the Global TA Center of Excellence:

Jordana SEKULA is appointed Head of Talent Acquisition Operations as of November 1, 2021. Based in Boulogne, Jordana will continue to report to me.

In her new role, Jordana will be responsible for driving TA operational excellence and will support the Global Talent Acquisition team aligning and optimizing recruitment processes and tools, as well as data reporting and analytics. She will partner closely with HRIS, IT and the COEs within HR to ensure the best possible manager and candidate experiences.

Jordana joined Ipsen in 2019 as Talent Acquisition Specialist and was promoted Talent Acquisition Director for France in 2020. Jordana has strongly contributed to build our internal talent acquisition capabilities for the French Hub.
Graduated as a Pharmacist with a Healthcare Strategy and Management Masters from ESSEC, Jordana began her career in HR 9 years ago when she joined STRAMMER, a recruiting agency specializing in pharma and medical device searches. After 3 years at the recruiting agency, Jordana knew she wanted to be an internal employee at a pharmaceutical company again. She did so by becoming an internal recruiter for several companies including BMS UPSA and AbbVie, where she served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for their French Affiliates.

To succeed to Jordana, Elise ALIMONDO is nominated Head of Talent Acquisition France Hub, effective on November 8, 2021. Elise will report to me and will be based in Boulogne.

In this role, Elise will be responsible to provide strategic partnership and oversight the French Talent Acquisition function and related programs in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team. Therefore, Noémie Gasser, Amandine Matuive, Rémi Lejalé, Marie Cancade and Elise Pecorino will report to her.

Elise joins Ipsen with a double experience in Talent Acquisition and Business Partner HR roles. She started her career in HR in 2004 as Recruiter in International Executive Search Firms such as Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart. Capitalizing on these 10 years’ experience, she decided to join Janssen in 2016 as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2018, she became Business Unit Human Resources Manager France for the Medical Devices Division. Lately, Elisa was appointed Global Senior Executive Search Principal Recruiter for Johnson & Johnson. Elise is graduated from University Paris-Est Marne la Vallée in Economics and Business Management.

Mike HURYNOWICZ will join the Global Talent Acquisition team on November 15, 2021 as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition for North America. Mike will support the North America R&D, Global Partnering and Medical Affairs talent acquisition ambition. He will report to the new Head of Talent Acquisition, North America once appointed and in the meantime will report in to me. He will work in close collaboration with the NA HR Team under the leadership of Lisa Di Paolo and will be located in Cambridge.

Prior to Ipsen, Mike worked for Proclinical Staffing as a lead consultant where he supported a wide range of functional areas within the Life Sciences industry. He most recently oversaw the entire Boston office, and exceeded his quarterly target each quarter of 2021. He brings deep recruiting expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and successfully made placements for companies with a variety of therapeutic focuses. His prior experience building teams and placing candidates within our industry will help us continue to cultivate relationships with top talent and build our brand in the talent market. Mike attended Tufts University.

Jean-Baptiste CAUNEILLE will join the Global Talent Acquisition team as Senior Manager, Global Executive Search on November 3, 2021. Jean-Baptiste will report to Pinar Hanna, Director, Global Executive Search. He will be based in Boulogne.

Jean-Baptiste will be responsible to create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified and diverse slate of candidates to fill open positions within the organization. He will be focused on building talent communities and pipelines for critical positions as well as reinforcing Ipsen Employer Value Proposition.

Jean-Baptiste will bring to Ipsen his deep international and recruitment experience as he started his career in Bangkok, then began an entrepreneurial journey in Athens, co-founding Enotis, an NGO specialized in supporting addictions and CAICMED, an independent Consultancy shop working on pharmacovigilance and healthcare legislation. Then, Jean-Baptiste joined Korn Ferry in 2014 as Senior Associate and helped organizations to design their structures, roles, and responsibilities. In 2019, he was appointed Senior People Operations Consultant at Reborrn, based in Athens.
MBA graduate from Open University Business School in London, Jean-Baptiste also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rangsit University in Bangkok.

The replacement of Brandon MORILL as Head of Talent Acquisition North America Hub is ongoing and will be communicated in the coming days.

Afin de renforcer notre ambitieuse stratégie d’acquisition de talents, j’ai le plaisir d’annoncer les changements suivants au sein du Centre d’Excellence Global d’Acquisition des Talents.

Jordana SEKULA est nommée Responsable sénior des Opérations Talent Acquisition à compter du 1er novembre 2021. Basée à Boulogne, Jordana continuera de me rapporter.
Dans son nouveau rôle, Jordana sera responsable de la conduite de l’excellence opérationnelle TA et soutiendra l’équipe Global Talent Acquisition en alignant et optimisant les processus et outils de recrutement, ainsi que le reporting des analyses des données. Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec HRIS, IT et les COEs au sein des Ressources Humaines afin de garantir la meilleure expérience possible pour les managers et les candidats.

Jordana a rejoint Ipsen en 2019 en tant que Spécialiste Talent Acquisition et a été promue Directrice Talent Acquisition pour la France en 2020. Jordana a fortement contribué à construire nos capacités internes d’acquisition de talents pour le Hub français.

Diplômée en Pharmacie doublé d’un master en Management et Stratégie des Industries de Santé de l’ESSEC, elle a débuté sa carrière en Ressources Humaines il y a 9 ans en rejoignant Strammer, agence de recrutement spécialisée en Industrie pharmaceutique et dispositifs médicaux. Après 3 ans au sein de cabinets de recrutement Jordana a su qu’elle voulait à nouveau être une employée interne d’une entreprise pharmaceutique. Elle est ainsi devenue Responsable du Recrutement interne pour différentes entreprises telles que BMS, UPSA et Abbvie dans leur filiale française.

Pour succéder à Jordana, Elise ALIMONDO est nommée Directrice Recrutement France, à compter du 8 novembre 2021. Elise sera me reportera directement et sera basée à Boulogne.
Dans ce rôle, Elise sera chargée de fournir un partenariat stratégique et de superviser la fonction d’acquisition des talents en France et les programmes connexes en collaboration avec l’équipe Global Talent Acquisition. Par conséquent, Noémie Gasser, Amandine Matuive, Rémi Lejalé, Marie Cancade et Elise Pecorino lui seront rattachés.

Elise rejoint Ipsen avec une double expérience d’Acquisitions de Talents et de Business Partner RH. Elle a débuté sa carrière dans les RH en 2004 en tant que recruteur dans des cabinets internationaux de recherche de cadres tels que Korn Ferry et Spencer Stuart. Accumulant près de 10 années d’expérience, elle a rejoint Janssen en 2016 en tant que Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. En 2018, elle devient Responsable des Ressources Humaines de la Business Unit France pour la division des dispositifs médicaux. Dernièrement, Elisa a été nommée recruteur principal en recherche de cadres supérieurs au niveau mondial pour Johnson & Johnson. Elise est diplômée de l’Université Paris-Est Marne la Vallée en économie et gestion des affaires.

Mike HURYNOWICZ rejoindra l’équipe Global Talent Acquisition le 15 novembre 2021 en tant que Directeur Adjoint Acquisition de Talents Amérique du Nord. Mike soutiendra l’acquisition de talents en Amérique du Nord pour la R&D, les partenariats mondiaux et les affaires médicales. Il rapportera au nouveau Directeur Acquisition de talents Amérique du Nord dès qu’il/elle aura été nommé(e) et, dans l’intervalle, il me rapportera. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe RH d’Amérique du Nord, sous la direction de Lisa DiPaolo, et sera basé à Cambridge.

Avant de rejoindre Ipsen, Mike a travaillé pour Proclinical Staffing en tant que consultant principal, où il a soutenu de nombreux domaines fonctionnels dans le secteur des sciences de la vie. Il a récemment supervisé l’ensemble du bureau de Boston en dépassant les objectifs fixés en 2021. Il apporte une expertise approfondie en matière de recrutement dans les industries pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques et a effectué avec succès des placements pour des entreprises dans des aires thérapeutiques diverses. Son expérience antérieure dans la constitution d’équipes et le placement de candidats au sein de notre industrie nous aidera à continuer à entretenir des relations avec les meilleurs talents et à construire notre marque sur le marché des talents. Mike est diplômé de l’université de Tufts.

Jean-Baptiste CAUNEILLE rejoindra l’équipe Global Talent Acquisition en tant que Responsable senior Recrutement Exécutif Global le 3 novembre 2021. Jean-Baptiste rapportera à Pinar Hanna, Directrice, Global Executive Search. Il sera basé à Boulogne.

Jean-Baptiste sera chargé de créer et d’exécuter des stratégies de recherche afin d’identifier les candidats les plus qualifiés et les plus diversifiés pour pourvoir les postes ouverts au sein de l’organisation. Il se concentrera sur la création de communautés de talents et de pipelines pour les postes critiques, ainsi que sur le renforcement de la proposition de valeur de l’employeur Ipsen.

Jean-Baptiste apportera à Ipsen sa profonde expérience internationale et de recrutement. Il a commencé sa carrière à Bangkok, puis a entamé un parcours entrepreneurial à Athènes, où il a cofondé Enotis, une ONG spécialisée dans la prise en charge des dépendances, et Caicmed, un cabinet de conseil indépendant travaillant sur la pharmacovigilance et la législation en matière de santé. Puis, Jean-Baptiste a rejoint Korn Ferry en 2014 en tant que Senior Associate et a aidé les organisations à concevoir leurs structures, rôles et responsabilités. En 2019, il a été nommé consultant senior en opérations humaines chez Reborrn, basé à Athènes. Diplômé d’un MBA de l’Open University Business School de Londres, Jean-Baptiste est également titulaire d’une licence en arts de l’université Rangsit de Bangkok.

Par ailleurs le remplacement de Brandon MORILL en tant que Directeur Talent Acquisition Amérique du Nord est en cours et sera communiqué prochainement.
